
We will, be running champs girls ;D I have failed to go walking yesterday, instead i ran in circles and jumped around etc, in a dance pit at some random ass party. i know it is no excuse to skip my workout guidelines, but i will make up for it today for sure. even worse, i drank :( getting unsober is fun and all, but waaaayy too many cals. even more of a reason for me to go all out today on my exercise.
yesterday i purchased tomatoe puree, and albacore tuna, for the few trips i make to the kitchen. both low in calories, and both are great for me to practice slowing down on ingesting food. the longer ya take to eat, the more full you get, right?
i feel like i have dropped a bit, but the scale refuses to agree with my assumptions. :(
im certain, if i do keep up with my promises, i will defeat this scale in our battle of mind games.
tonight ima crash early, so tomorrow morning, mother and i will walk together..like she promised. lol

Yeah... ya know how i promised to run or walk every day too? ...so didn't happen. I needed that pat on the back, but i think i more need a kick in the ass to get me moving. Lol. Stay strong! We can totally do this!
