lets get physical!//flight of the fatass


I actually went running like i said i would, well walking sadly, but its still cardio right? i feel bad for all the cars passing by who happened to glance over at my pathetic attempt to gain a better looking body. even though i dont like to be the chubby you see sweating on the side of the road with the headphones in his ears, i must admit i feel as if i had accomplished something.

my mother claims she will start walking with me in the mornings, we'll see how that goes. if her promise breaks, i still intend to work out somehow everyday. its a must.

my younger brother left today for a two week journey to northern TX. i told him when he gets back i will be thin xD. I really hope not to dissapoint the lad. So i will do everything in my power to shed this fat!

today, i had lunch. :( but, like a magician, i made it reappear! idk if that still counts as fasting, prolly not, but tomorrow, without a doubt, no food no matter what.
i drank a whole lotta almond milk today.. hopefully the walk burned most of those calories off.

thank you guys for the info in ana boot camp. after what i've read, i am seriously considering trying it. it never hurts to try right? well, its late and i really wouldnt mind this day being over.

Whaha i know the feeling about running!
I HATE running!
I always go running in my mind ;)!

Sometimes when i'm in a good mood i step on the treadmill in the gym.. but somehow i'm always scared that i fall or whatever.. :S weird isnt it..
I only go running in the gym if it isnt full of people.. people dont need to see my fat cheeks go up and down when i run.. hahaa.
I always run for about (dont
laugh) 5 minutes.. then i start walkin again.. and so on..
Well Zaq, maybe a miracle will happen end someday we will be running champs ;)!
Till then.. we just gonna be our same dork selfs :P

I'll join you in that every-day running (or walking at least... i'm weak in that area too). Starting tomorrow, we will both get that cardio in every single day and see some awesome progress. We can do it!
